Our "Food4futures" cooking project gives children and young people the opportunity to cook together and learn new things in the process. Children with a migration or refugee background in particular can get to know and share recipes from different countries. An experienced cook leads the course and shows how to make delicious dishes - from simple snacks to special meals.

While cooking, the children not only learn recipes, but also how to work as a team, speak German and learn about healthy eating. It's a place where they can have fun and feel good.

Sundays: 11:00-13:00
Location: Kreuzeskirchstr. 1, 45127 Essen (pharmacy)
Age group: from 7 years

With this offer, we not only promote creativity and language skills, but also an understanding of different traditions. Because when you eat, you get into conversation - and when you cook together, you grow together!
